Cancellation Policy

At Genu Path Labs, we strive to offer a smooth and reliable diagnostic experience. However, we understand that users may sometimes need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel their diagnostic test bookings until 6:00 PM, one day prior to the scheduled appointment date. Cancellations can be initiated through the cancellation option available in your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team for assistance. If the cancellation request is submitted within the eligible time frame, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days. Please ensure that cancellations are made on time to avoid any deductions or forfeiture of refund eligibility.

No-Shows

Failure to be present at the provided address during the scheduled sample collection window may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be issued. However, in exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, solely at the discretion of the company. We strongly encourage customers to notify our customer support team of any changes as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.

Cancellation by Genu Path Labs

In rare circumstances, such as the unavailability of phlebotomists, technical issues, or other unforeseen events, we may be required to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking. In such instances, users will be promptly informed through their registered contact details. Any amount already paid will either be fully refunded to the original mode of payment or adjusted against the rescheduled appointment, as per the user's preference and availability.

Test Package Modifications

If users wish to change or modify a selected test or diagnostic package, they must contact our customer support team. All such modification requests are subject to approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of our care team. For individual tests and E-Health packages, the validity is restricted to the specific date and time slot selected during the booking process. Once this period has passed, the customer will no longer be eligible to avail the service, and the company reserves the right to forfeit any amount already paid.
